PRODUCTS/INGREDIENTS
If possible, we choose naturally derived ingredients over clinical ones in our formulations.
Currently Bjoie does not offer samples but we are working on it for the future.
All of our products, except Hair Oil, is made by vegan ingredients. Our signature Hair Oil contains a little bit of honey.
Bjoie products does not contains any parabens, sulfates, silicones or other harmful chemicals.
No,Bjoie does not test on animals. We stand against animal testing and cruelty.
All of our products are manufactured in Europe. Bjoie only uses certificated natural cosmetic labs to manufacture our products.
Yes, Bjoie is completely suitable for all hair types and textures.

ORDERS
After your order has been shipped, delivery time is around 2-5 business days in Europe and rest of the world 4-7 business days. Kindly notice that due to global pandemic COVID-19 this time may vary. Delivery time can be also extended during restocks and bank holidays.
Unfortunately, we are unable to edit orders since they have been placed. If you got any questions about your order, please email us info@bjoieparis.com with your order number.
We apologize to not be able to offer any exchanges for our products. All sales are final.

We offer return for damaged items. If you receive your item damaged, please contact us in 48hours of receiving your order at info@bjoieparis.com, including your order number and photos of damaged item/items. Otherwise we are currently unavailable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds. All Bjoie sales are final. Kindly notice that Bjoie reserves the right to refuse all returns, refunds and reshipments.
If you purchased Bjoie product from a salon, beauty supply store or other retailer, please return item/items to the location where it was originally purchased. Subject to the store’s own exchange/return policy. We are unfortunately unable to process returns for products not purchased from our online store.
